HiThrive

Refreshing a growing business consultancy

Project Overview

HiThrive, a business consultancy for small and medium-sized businesses, required a re-evaluation of their website. Was it still meeting its objectives? Did it effectively communicate the services the business now offered? The business had been trading for several years and had built up many clients - was this communicated? After a consultation, it was clear that the time had come to refresh HiThrive’s website.

Icon and Illustration Development

HiThrive have developed a range of services designed to support a range of business needs, from auditing to long term strategies. To successfully communicate these services, illustrations were created to breakdown what each service provided. Not only did this support the existing content, but the illustrative style also helped to highlight HiThrive’s honest, friendly approach to consultancy.

UX and UI Development

Based on our research, unsurprisingly, two-thirds of HiThrive’s audience viewed their website on a mobile. Therefore, enhancements were made to the website’s user experience with mobile in mind. This included refining and sharpening the use of typography online, as well as clear call to actions (buttons) to guide users toward what you want them to do next - in this case, starting their business growth journey with the help of HiThrive. The layout was also tailored to offer a consistent experience, whatever device you’re using.

“The quality and creativity that Sam brings to a project is superb. Recently, Sam has refreshed my website and I am thrilled with the finished result.”

Blog and Social Design

One of HiThrive’s most appealing USPs is their desire to freely share valuable information with others. To share this information, HiThrive writes a business advice blog. Their blog was also part of the user experience overhaul. This high-quality content strengthens HiThrive’s ranking on search engines.
